As we close out this year, what trends are shaping 2025, and what kind of energy are we bringing with us?
The buzzword of the moment: Authenticity.
The energy: Supported!

Authenticity isn’t about ten-second bursts with a filter slapped on. It’s about bringing your whole self, even when it’s messy, uncertain, or imperfect.

My favorite social media manager has been going on and on about authenticity being IN for next year. I’m hoping this ‘trend’ sticks around.

Authenticity, you may know, is a frequency stronger than love.

Realness is why people come to me for coaching. My 1:1 sessions are where honest conversations meet deep transformation. Together, we tap into tools, healing, and guidance to unlock a new frequency in your life. Clients always say, “I feel SO much better!”

If authenticity is the 2025 buzzword, frequency is the money word.

This week, a client and I teared up as we talked about the multiple six-figure offer coming her way in January. This new job will close out our years of working together, and I couldn’t be prouder.

Upleveling your life and money takes more than mindset. It takes intention, attention and practice.

Reflections on 2024
This year was transformational in every sense of the word.

• Relationships were a teacher for me. Love, heartbreak, new friendships, restructuring. I heard a teacher say the Universe loves you so much that it custom makes perfect tests for you. The answer to the tests is, of course, alignment.  
• I had the honor of being my daughter’s doula in November! Supporting her through childbirth and beyond has been wonderful and we two are the closest we’ve ever been.
• Our family faced some significant personal challenges, but as we turn the page to a new year, we’re all breathing a collective sigh of relief and looking forward to a fresh start. 
• Gratitude weaves through all of that and I learned this year to perceive it as a field. A field of fireflies or daisies. 

What’s Next for 2025
I’m making a big shift in my work next year: I’ll be focusing exclusively on coaching wellness brands. 

This feels like coming home for me—wellness is where my heart is, and it’s where I got started! I’m beyond excited to help brands elevate their vision and impact.
