What pisses you off? What breaks your heart? These are questions that Spanx founder Sara Blakely suggested every aspiring entrepreneur ask him or herself in her course on MasterClass.

So, what pisses me off? All of the noise that is pushed our way. 
As a coach with over a decade of experience my heart is feeling happier these days as industry leaders are saying the quiet part out loud. Which is, there is no single tool, program, mentor or course that will create the success you crave. Building the life and business you want is a process, and the master tool you need is discernment. It takes time, effort, precise work and a lot of devotion. Kinda like raising a child, if you ask me, though thankfully it does not take that long.
