We’ve been on a personal development path for a long time now, and know all about resistance and blind spots. Before you stop reading thinking that is what I am talking about hold tight. 

We are not here to get into the basics. 

I’m not saying those aspects don’t still slow us down… they do. 

But beyond working with a coach to release the crunchy stuff is a far richer landscape. It is visionary space. It is sexy and lush and magical. And I don’t think it’s possible for us to get there alone. 

When I do audits on my clients what I find is that the ones who are engaging in deep self care and meditation get the downloads, solve problems and get back to grounded energy exponentially faster.

But here’s where it gets either sticky or amazing, depending on how you want to ‘frame’ it.

Building the frame is only Step One. 

Feminine energy needs a frame to flow. It needs a masculine frame. You can build this yourself, with some discipline. But you cannot flow to full power alone inside that frame. Once the frame is roughed in, your next level task is tougher. It is to ask for more in every possible way. In every part of your life. And that takes courage and a lot of risk. 

Staying in your safely constructed frame will only get you halfway to where you want to go (if that). Look at the businesses that are magnetizing you. The visionaries in those businesses claim deep support. Thought partnership for full creative idea development. Space for risks, failure, expansion. 

One of my friends said to me the other day, you talk about orgasms and operations… no one else is doing that! That’s actually not true… other people ARE talking about orgasms. And other people ARE talking about operations. But I like talking about them together. It was risky to do so, but it resonates. And it’s safe for me to do it, because I’m in the right frame.
