3 Ways Iβm Dreaming Big for Next Year (#3 is gold)
Dec 07, 2024I have a confession: I love a good listicle. Buzzfeed-style gems like “19 Things Only Extroverted Introverts Will Relate To” are my guilty pleasure. Add my freshly dropped Spotify Wrapped into the mix, and I’m fully in list mode. So naturally, I’ve put together my own:
3 ways I’m wrapping up 2024 and dreaming BIG for 2025.
Spoiler: this isn’t your average to-do list.
1. Honoring the Season I’m In
This year has been a lot. It’s been incredible. My clients have had next-level wins (both personally and professionally), and watching them thrive has been pure joy. It’s a reminder that for me, work just keeps getting better—more visionary, practical, and precise.
One of my favorite new terms this year is ‘both/and’. I can have a year where business feels both amazing and beautiful, and hard and challenging. I can feel deeply in love with my life and family...and it can be rough behind the scenes.
I think honoring the season I am in is about being present. Celebrating the moment while receiving the intimate wonders and challenges of life.
2. Loving Learning
Let’s be honest: the online world in 2024 has gone bonkers. AI is everywhere. Cancel culture is louder. Everyone’s juggling more balls than a Vegas act.
As an introvert who cherishes quiet (and has zero desire for haters), it took some trial and error to figure out how to stay present without losing my mind. Here’s what worked:
π« Ask for help. I lean on experts and mentors to navigate the noise.
π« Embrace iteration. It doesn’t have to be perfect—it just has to move me forward. Sometimes this takes a lot of courage…in business, risk is the name of the game. Ironically, “practice” is elemental to my brand. It’s not easy to try things out loud or in public, but practicing a lot of new things this year has strengthened me in ways that go far beyond the simple accomplishment of learning a new tool or method.
π« Meditate like it’s my job. Seriously, meditation has been the MVP of my nervous system and my creativity.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, know this: you don’t need to do it all. Just do what lights you up. And teach yourself to respond, not react.
3. Inviting Joy and Playfulness
My favorite. This changed everything.
I’ve spent years studying metaphysics. At long last it truly clicked: we are vibrational beings. I get it—deep in my bones.
Here’s the magic: when you shift your frequency, you change your life. It’s not woo. It’s practical; it’s science. And, it’s powerful. It’s why my clients are having their best years yet.
Sure, there’s strategy involved. Sure, some of them have been in this process with me for years (overnight success, my friends, takes time). But this principle—raising your vibration—is the real game-changer.
So here’s the takeaway: find what brings you joy and lean into it. Not just for fun (though, yes, for fun too), but because it opens doors you didn’t even know existed.
